Impact Story - Trace Bauer

We love hearing from Air Camp alumni parents! This message was a great reminder to our entire team of the influence these experiences have on the students and their future education and careers. After some digging we found some photo and video footage taken that summer featuring Trace that was used the following year for promotion!

Greetings,

I wanted to share an impact story from our family to yours. In June of 2023, we loaded up a rental minivan and drove 16.5 from Magnolia, TX to Dayton, OH chasing a dream. Our son, Trace Bauer, was in pursuit of the wild blue yonder. On a whim, we found y’all when we googled aviation camps. With an acceptance and a scholarship, we took a chance. Trace was aiming high, seeking fair skies and tailwinds, and a resume builder for future endeavors. Your camp was a highlight in his journey to his destination. The experience, the focus, the education, the location, all top tier. But the people, phenomenal. The staff, volunteers, and the campers, elite. Trace left that camp exhausted, motivated, and with a Spirit of Wright Award in hand. I wanted to thank you for your part on his path to achieving an appointment to the United States Air Force Academy! ❤️🤍💙 May you continue to be a blessing!!

With gratitude,
Elizabeth Bauer
